The main idea of the theory of human relations is that productivity growth can be achieved without significant logistical updated production, and the success of employment largely depends on the moral and psychological climate emerged within the workforce than the material conditions. Mayo believed that the desire for cooperation is the natural state of workers and managers which, in real circumstances, restricted improperly constructed relationship between them. Task manager is aimed to organize the structure in order to satisfy social needs to communicate, educate them in a firm commitment, and focus their personal passion into a productive direction. Therefore, after the analysis of the two articles the some statements can be made.

Firstly, it is the positive communication

The technological progress can cause the erasing of the positive human relationships and human moment in general. Harris, Maloney, and Rother (2003) consider the danger of virtual communication usage. They agree that technological progress results in creating our life more comfortable are very convenient, and can save a great amount of time. Especially, it has been considered the possibility to talk and to have negotiations within different towns and even countries by the variety of means of communication (Hegar & Hodgetts, 2011). Effective communication is not just the transmission of information. In order to have communication effective, it is important not only to be able to speak but still be able to listen, hear, and understand what the parties say, and also to see the speaker. Nonverbal communication is an important part of communication. Only 7% of communication consists of direct speech. This means that 93% of communication consists of facial expressions and gestures. Nonverbal communication is used to show our reaction in response to what we reported (Harris, Maloney, & Rother, 2003). The researchers explain that such devises as telephone can greatly help in order to get the prominent results in negotiations. However, the main drawback of it is that sometimes, these results can be negative due to losing the human moment. Moreover, Harris, Maloney, and Rother (2003) assure that one cannot even lose the human moment while communicating with other over the phone.

The major advice is to be very attentive during the whole chat. The authors also claim that the main negative aspect of technological progress can be misunderstandings (Harris, Maloney, & Rother, 2003). They give an example of the e-mail communication where the same sentence can be read differently if the punctuation is not very precise. The main problem is the person’s attitude to the speaker. If a person likes the speaker, he or she will be more positive about the message and vice versa. Therefore, sometimes, the time that was going to be saved on making some negotiation with the help of e-mails, but not personally, can be spent on dealing with those misunderstandings that may occur. Concerning this, the validity is the main concept in human relationships. Therefore, one must always keep abreast with respect to the business partner; nevertheless, the negotiations are held having face-to-face contact or using other types of communication. Once you have finished talking or reported certain information, you must make sure that you have understood everything correctly. You can ask a few questions such as “Do you understand my position? Which is the conclusion we came to own?” or something alike; and it does not matter whether negotiations were held online or face-to-face. Do not passively accept information interlocutor. During the meeting, it would be nice to make clear gestures, facial expressions, or words that you listen to and hear the other party and understand what he said. If there is anything you do not quite understand necessarily, ask “I understand you correctly?” or “You are going to say it?” (Hegar & Hodgetts, 2011). This is probably the simplest and yet the most necessary tips to help make communication with completely different people and in different areas of life more efficient and thus, harmonious and productive. Communication is the main force in human relations. We communicate constantly, even when silent (through our gestures, movements, or facial expressions). Let your communication be only effective and bring you success! (Harris, Maloney, & Rother, 2003).

Secondly, human moment at work is very crucial thing in the human relations

Hegar and Hodgetts (2011) compare its absolute absence to the absolute chaos in the organization and management at work. Individuals who can respond positively to the criticism and say “thank you” after the compliments can perform their work better. If employees cannot accept the accolades, then their actions will be aimed for negative criticism. People who thrive on negative comments on their actions will not be able to fulfill the orders, when it is necessary, and they can make decisions that may create more problems. The performance and human relations will be better if the team and the manager will be on the same wave length (Harris, Maloney, & Rother, 2003). A very good idea is to organize individual meetings which provide an opportunity for consensus with the manager. This will help the staff to know that managers like their work and behavior and know they can do their job even better.

Thirdly, it is the positive attitude of executives on innovative activity for primarily cognitive motives, including self-motives

This situation explains the desire of the leaders to enrich knowledge of the club and the supporters in the favorable conditions and to introduce themselves to each other as mobility managers than really engage in serious transformations (Harris, Maloney, & Rother, 2003). Moral motivation factors are a comprehensive structural formation. Their essential elements are: sense of social status stability and positive definiteness of temporary perspectives of life; availability of socially important values and goals of professional and everyday life; self-esteem which is based on a healthy sense of self-esteem and pride for belonging to a professional community; understanding and acceptance of the importance in the life of the team; the belief that own activities in their eyes and the eyes of others fill universal meaning. For new generations of workers, the major individual goals and values can be observed, reflecting the general trend of the post-society: relation to the presence of any paid work as a regulatory factor; the socially acceptable way of life; the desire to maximize the depersonalization of work; the presence of free time, and therefore, the value of the following types of work. Thus, starting to drive innovation and relying on support, staff should not be discounted by present trend development organizations, when the availability of paid work satisfies human needs in regards of income, independence, self-esteem, and accessories to the professional community (Hegar & Hodgetts, 2011).

Therefore, the three main methods of human relations have been identified: the positive communication, the human moment, and the positive attitude of executives on innovative activity. In order to have positive human relations few rules should be followed:

  1. The worker should better be valued than appraising.
  2. The worker should not be indifferent to whether happening in the team.
  3. Everyone should be always positive in communication. If the question was unpleasant – make the conversation pleasant. Interlocutor is either right or not, one should make sure that it was nice of him or her to talk and improve himself in their thoughts and in the eyes of the interlocutor.
  4. Using of every opportunity to express human pleasure should be present. Each person who did a good job in the team should be praised with the good word.
  5. One should learn to control his negative emotions and not to quarrel and be patient. To be a part of the team is very hard work as each person should be like a device of the great mechanism that has to perform fruitful work.
